All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping cost depends on the order weight and destination. Final shipping charges will be shared during order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you through Instagram DM or message.

Possible Delays

Shipping may occasionally be delayed because of customs clearance, public holidays, weather, or courier-related issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect address details.

Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

All orders are considered final once confirmed and processed. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Important: To verify any damage claim, a clear unboxing video is required starting from the sealed package being opened. Supporting photos may also be requested. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Verified Claims

If the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following based on the situation:

  • Replacement of the item, if available
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that period, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, sarees, jewelry, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
